Terms of Use

Effective: 3 November 2025

1. License

On payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FlowECU on a single machine, bound to your Machine ID.

2. License movement (reinstatement)

If you change or replace your computer, contact support with your new Machine ID. We can reinstate your license to the new machine once the old one is no longer in use.

3. Permitted use

• Use FlowECU in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Keep your license file confidential.

4. Restrictions

• No redistribution, reselling, or sublicensing.
• No reverse engineering or attempts to bypass licensing.
• No use that violates third-party rights or local laws.

5. Updates & support

Updates are provided within the purchased major version. Support is available by email.

6. Payment, taxes & pricing

Price is shown in USD. NZ orders are GST-inclusive; exports are GST-free. Payment is processed by Stripe.

7. Refunds

Due to the nature of software licenses, purchases are generally final. If you experience issues, contact support — we’ll work with you to resolve them.

8. Disclaimers

FlowECU is provided “as is.” Tuning involves risk; you are responsible for ensuring suitability and compliance for your use case.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnderFlow Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

10. Termination

We may terminate access for breach of these terms. License reinstatement is at our discretion.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
